It's a quiet, largely rural stretch just northwest of our home base, and being this close means we can fit New Derry properties into the same route as our Derry customers without a long drive tacked on.
New Derry shares the same acidic clay-loam soil as Derry proper, on generally larger, more rural lots than the borough itself.
